Ashdon House Rates
Weekends – Friday through Sunday, $195.00 per night
Weekdays – Tuesday through Thursday, $175.00 per night
(Prices based on double occupancy)
Price includes one of Ashdon House’s luxurious suites,
and an array of special amenities. Upon arrival enjoy gourmet cheeses, fresh fruit, and our Ashdon House Red Velvet Punch. Also includes: Afternoon Tea and
an incredible five-course gourmet breakfast.

Policies:
- Check- in time varies between seasons. Please call a day ahead to make arrangements for late arrivals.
- Please present a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation, to guarantee the room.
- For a one or two night stay, a one night deposit is required at the time of reservation. By special arrangement you may send a check within one week after making your reservation.
- Three or more nights require a 50% deposit
- Two weeks cancellation notice is required. Deposit will be refunded minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. The entire amount will be non refundable if notice is received after the required two weeks.
- Remaining balance is always due at check out time.
- Smoking is permitted on lawns away from buildings.
- Room rates are subject to change without notice.
